Last year I have had tachicardia procedure After that i couldn't able to gain my confidence to live alone or travel alone All the time i have the feeling that at any moment i'll fall ill again and who will be there to look after me What should i do

hello there. all this is just in your head. nothing of such sort will happen. there is no point in living in fear. consult a psychiatrist for counselling. regards
