Thank u doctor kulkarni.. his current weight is 7.8 kg not that much little bit water quantity he doesn't have a any fever and baby is active but is passing stool 5to 6 times a day and the quantity of stool is not large but mucusy with white chunks

If the water loss is less than there is nothing to worry. Keep feeding the baby regularly . Continue with the medicines for another 2 days so u complete the antibiotic course of antibiotics . Watch out for fever... keep calpol drops 8 drops along with u just in case.
