Our housing society has said that there's water contamination. Several families including myself has been suffering from loose motions, foul smelling burps since the past 2 days. Please suggest if enteroquinol can be the right drug or something else. Thank you

you all have food poisoning. consult doctor.
Next Steps
Avoid spicy and nonveg foods. eat fruits salads and vegetables drink plenty of water curd and buttermilk
