I'm having gas trouble from the past 2 days, and from the morning iam having loose motions. I have not been able to eat much in the last 2 days, also having some cramps and when i try to eat its like my stomach is already full and i started feeling suffocated because of it. Tried many homemade remedies but they are not very effective till now, kindly suggest some medications
