My 3 month old baby prescribed clamp drop, Maxtra and ascoril for common cold. After taken 2 days he starts multiple of passing stool in small amount. Yesterday he passes stool 4 times but today he passes stool 10 times in very small amount. I already stopped clamp yesterday what should I do next? After stopping antibiotics how many days to take to stop loose motion?

If loose motions are antibiotic related than after stopping antibiotic usually frequency of loose motions start decreasing in 1 day
