Hello Doctors My 3.5 months old doctor is passing watery stool for the past 4-5 days. Initially the frequency was 5-6 times a day but for the last 2 days it's 2-3 times a day. However it is still watery with no other visible issue. Requesting your consultation on the same.

Give exclusive breastfeed and more each time after loose stool also. If dehydration or decrease urine output or blood in stool consult pediatrician
