Loose motion from morn than 4 weeks

My baby have loose motion from 4 weeks, green , sticky and watery . Dr gave Nutrition b and zincogut syrup but no effect. Since yesterday told to give omnix 50mg twice a day for 5 days but today she has fever 100 . Is it ok to give omnix 50 mg , her weight is 6.5 kg ang age 10 months. Dr says she is active so no need to worry about loose motion.

At this age it children do get toddler diarrhea due to not chewing feed properly.
