Loose motion during breastfeed

I'm having loose motions since 5hrs and I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 3 month old baby. Is it safe to take eldoper during breastfeeding? If not please suggest an alternative.

Mostly loose motions are self limiting , so maintain hydration by ORS and probiotics can be added. Curd is also a good probiotic.
