I am having very Bad Smessing Gass Pass from Mouth (bart) and acute loose motions, that too very bad smelling............. it is now wattery too

Please Take very simple and light food for 3 days Like moongdal khichdi, rice and curd Take plenty of water, plenty of ors solution Take Tab Dompan SR 3 1 on empty stomach Tab ridol   9 1 1 1 Tab satrogyl O   6 1 1 Cap vitagut 6 1 1 And Tab spasmofirst 6 1 1 for pain in abdomen Reconsult if needed
