Loose motion 9 days old baby

My baby is 9 month old. He is having loose motions. Whenever I feed him, he passes loose stool at the same time. What should I do? Please help

Maintain hydration using plenty of fluids, ors, carbonated and packaged juices and drinks should be strictly avoided Syp zinc 5 ml daily for 14 days If situation appears to worsen,consult a pediatrician , might require investigation and antibiotics
