Hloo. There is line of very thin skin of middle finger lenght which is going parallel to scrotum. This is symptoms along with this mebtioned  problem. I have red itchy rashes which comes every 5-6 days and grow red then dry and left with scaly brown skin(this made a large circle area around my private parts and that lines grow in that area.). I will attach some footage for diagnosis. Please suggest medicine. And tell can this line of thin skin be cure as it is very thin and I worry that if this have a cut then it recovered or not. One more thing I noticed that fat under these short line of thin skin vacant as it very thin feeling in catch with figure.
