I understand your concern for your complexion
see to it that you have good nutritious food and at least 4 litres of water in a day.
eat fresh fruits at least 2 servings and plenty of salads. use a sunscreen whenever you are going out or in fact it should be twice that is in the morning and around 1 o'clock in the afternoon
you can come for treatment for skin lightening if you have no results with the above changes
wait for at least a couple of months to see some change in your skin complexion
