Long Lasting Cough with Pain

I've been coughing since April and it's currently June. Whenever I cough, my head, stomach, and occasionally chest all hurt. I'm not sure if this is related, but I had a fever last weekend lasting from Saturday evening to Monday evening. I was wondering if there was a solution to this problem

If you have any investigations report regarding this problem please attach. As per history this seems to be a dry cough which are mostly due to allergic components. But still an x-ray chest PA view is required to exclude any pathology . Some more information related to your problem are required for better advice
