1. Fatty
liver occurs due to obesity, high cholesterol, sudden loss of weight, excessive alcohol intake,
diabetes etc.
2. Weight of 100kg usually falls in obesity category.
3. You got to check your BMI,
lipid (cholesterol) profile,
thyroid problems, diabetes etc.
4. If any tests are abnormal, you have to get treatment.
5. If you have alcohol drinking habit, you have to stop it as soon as possible. Stop smoking if you smoke.
6. Join a fitness club and start working out.
7. Gradual loss of weight to bring your BMI to normal.
8. Take more vegetable diet and control your carbohydrate intake like rice and wheat.
