Liver Function Test
On 22nd August I had gone through LFT by throcare lab. The values are
SGOT -. 42.3 U/l < 37
ALANINE TRANSAMINASE (SGPT) PHOTOMETRY - 105 U/l 13-40
ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE PHOTOMETRY
-101 U/l 53 - 128
GAMMA GLUTAMYL TRANSFERASE (GGT) PHOTOMETRY - 75.4 U/l < 55
On 9th July I had also gone through the complete body health checkup in which the values of LFT are some what similar as what is of on 22nd August test. Actually my office doctor had suggested to retest the LFT because on 9th July test the values are too high so that's the reason why I had done the test on 22nd August.
Sir kindly suggest what is the next course of action against this medical report.

[ ] Altered Liver function , typically the liver enzymes dearrangement is seen in many conditions.This mostly happen if there is any other infective pathology already present in the body. SGPT/ SGOT also raised in Alcoholic / non Alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). A through evaluation needed which includes a Ultrasound of abdomen, Hepatic viral profile ( Hepatitis B and C typically). Get evaluated and this is reversible.
