My dad has done ultrasound yesterday he's diabetic since 19 yrs and cirrhosis since 7 years it says regenerative nodules which are 2-3mm I read in copilot that do mri to check if it's dysplasia Or regenerative by mri I'm confused please say doctors what to do

Seems like  liver cirrhosis secondary to MASLD Rule other causes of cirrhosis like hepatitis B and C Get TPCT whole abdomen or triphasic MRI abdomen to rule to HCC Get done AFP, routine investigation,UGIE
