Main portal vein measure 5.8 mm due to hepatofugal flow and splenic vein measure 8.6 mm. LGV of diameter 10.0mm is seen afferent to para esophageal collaterals and draining into IVC forming gasticaval shunt. Another dilated and tortuous shunt of diameter 11.7 mm is seen arising from SMV and seen coursing downwards into lower abdomen draining into right CFV
