Liver ast/alt ratio is high

My liver function levels are all normal but the ast alt ratio is very high at 3. Is this something to worry about? Should I get a fibrosis scan?

You don't have to run after getting tests. I need a detailed hidtory here. This can be due to specific vitamin deficiencies. Also in case uou consume alcohol,  you may have a similar reports.
