I'm a body builder and take 1 liv 52 DS to detoxification of my liver from oral daily.. so.i just want to know can i take liv 52 DS 365 days or no. If no then after what period of time should i have to stop and continue.

it is a ayurvedic medicine usually prescribed for mild liver ailments. it is supposed to be free of side -effects, but i don't think it should be taken routinely.
