Little hazy vision in eye,water discharg

Since 25 days haziness in right eye and distance vision becoming weak.watering of this eye is there sometimes. Have started using distance glasses since 3 months.Using reading glasses since 15years. should I wear bifocals all the time? I have put locula eye drops for 10 days,thrice daily,but no use. Please advice,thanx.

If you enjoy useful and comfortable vision then you can use bifocals. Sulfacetamide. May cause dryness. Please use some lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily . This is the age when cataract starts.please consult an ophthalmologist to know if any cataract is there..
