Little eye swelling

Little eye swelling in right eye(not inside the eye) , right eye is paining, also I feel like veins through right eye which connects brain are paining(basically right part of head is paining) . I am facing this problem from last 48 hours. There is dark spot on lower eye may be. Bug bite not sure.

You may use Tobrasone eye drops 3-4 times + genteal eye drops 4-5 times for few days &if you don't get relief within few days , you should consult ophthmologist.
