In my childhood Calcium hydroxide(quicklime) side affected my down lips has pigmented white & red color but that time doctor said it will regain periods of time now iam 27 age but till not ready. last week i met one doctor he suggest me melgain lotion . if melgain lotion use lips any problem ? please suggest me
