Hi,Lipoma can be surgically removed with one time procedure with minimum scar by technique called narrow hole extrusion technique where usually scar is hardly visible. Another option is non surgical that is lipolytic cocktail injections that may take few sessions depending upon size n hardness of Lipoma.
