Hello doctor, for the past few days I have been eating too much meat due to Bakrid, now I have done lipid test and the report has come, Total cholesterol -228 Trigylseride-186 LDL-142 HDL-46 should I take statin or how can I reduce it, I am 39 years old. AND DONE MY ECHO PLZ CHECK

Your echo is normal. Your cholesterol levels are borderline, so just start lifestyle modification - healthy food and exercise and no medication required at present.
