Although narural source of vitamin c is best
Amla richest source.so could be lemon and other citric fruits

If you would have bought this because of Covid-19 situation, to improve your immunity. Take once a day , after meals( for every one) 70 years old medical History is not mentioned,once a day is fine. You must understand, social distancing ( 2 meters apart), frequent hand washing helps.
