Lightheadedness and facial muscle tight

I am suffering from lightheadedness causing to head pressure/ headache since last two months. Sometimes I am having facial muscle tightness. This mostly occurs during daytimes at office hours? Is this stroke or brain tumour symptoms? What may be the other cause as my BP and Sugar levels are ok.
