Light brown vaginal discharge

I have been having light brown vaginal discharge for over a week and it has had a few blood drops in it when I wipe but that's it. There isn't a ton of it but there's plenty to notice. I don't know what it is. I don't think I'm pregnant but I am not sure I've taken 3 tests all negative.
