As per doctors recommendation, I had done ultra sound and attached is the report. Therefore, could you please let me know what does this reports says and what precautions should be taken here after?

This report says that you have a normal pregnancy with small amount of bleeding from partially open mouth of cervix. You have to avoid sex , heavy work , weight lifting & exercise. Be in rest for 1week
