Light bleeding after missed period date

I have been having light bleeding after 5 days of my missed period date. little spot on 5th day and then for 3 to 4 hours of bleeding on 8th day. Checked twice at home but both the time result came negative. no cramps no other symptoms of pregnancy. what should i do???
