I met with an accident on 13th august 2017. With days I got to know, it's a tendon ligament tear in my left ankle. Have been having Tab. Tendocare and applying ice pack regularly. But with days the pain has not decreased and it has also spread to the different nerves connecting the fingers. I'm unable to move properly. In x-ray there wasn't any bone injury. And it's going to be 2months on 13th October. Stretching any fingers in the leg is giving a lot of pain. Is there any suggestion?
