I've lifelong premature ejaculation problem.. I tried every ayurveda, homeopath and allopathic medicine but nothing helped.. I cum just by insertion. Sometime I cum in foreplay. I tried kegel exercise and yoga as well. It didn't help. I tried once 60mg depoxitine + 10 mg tadalafil It helped me in maintaining time but I felt side effects like headache and vision problem. I've suffered anxiety, depressions and mood swings as well.. Is there any solution of lifelong premature ejaculation?
