Sir in year 2017 my father got NSTEMI then doctor perform angiography on my father her reports are he have diffuse triple vessel coronary artery disease with 99% blockage in all three arteries of heart then docter test my father echo but the report of echo is normal with lvef 60 and docter check other test which shows my father was diabetic and hypertention with dislipidemia then doctor recommends him bypass surgery and after my father get stable doctor perform bypass surgery on my father with [ Opcabg × 4 ].  Grafts - LIMA - LAD , RSVG - 0M1 , RSVG - RCA , RSVG - D1 .
