It depends on the mainly stage of disease and age of diagnosis
Children ALL tend to have good prognosis .
In adult with combined modality of treatment including radiation and bone marrow transplant as needed in some case the prognosis can be 5 year survival nearly 50-60% .
Regarding marriage , it’s a personal question , discuss with your partner regarding the disease and prognosis as explained by oncologist.
Fertility can be compromised with some treatments of ALL like radiation and chemotherapy which also need to be discussed with your partner .
