I have like bumps at the back of tounge.its been 39 days ,they r not going despite medications. What should I do?

Those bumps may be hypertropied (enlarged) lingual tonsils which are normally present in the back of the tongue. If they are not causing any pain or discomfort then no treatment is required. Confirmation can be done by throat examination
