Tomorrow I done a LFT test and report shows sgpt 102 sgot 44 and ggt 77 how can I reduce this and what is the treatment pls suggest

If you are overweight, please reduce the weight by 10% in the next 6 months. If you are taking native medicine, stop having them. If you are an alcoholic stop drinking.
