Hi, I am 33 yrs old. I have done with Quadruple Test few days back only. Is level 2 ultrasound is compulsory?

Yes  definitely required..level 2 ultrasound is anomaly scan done to rule out all anomalies in the fetus..it is done between 18 to 22weeks..
