My bro is having white patches from 3 years...his age is approx 15 and the are spreading widely...v used many ointments but some of them spread the patches to more extent ....any cure and prevention for it ?? from Dr nitika

1) avoid white colour food like milk ,rice etc. 2)  he needs detoxification with panchakarma. 3) take early sun bath applying coconut oil for 5-10 min.
