Letrozole for ovulation in pcod

I am a little confused. I cant remember whether i should consume letroz /letoval 2.5mg twice daily from day 3 to day 7 or should i have just 1 tablet? Earlier my doc have prescribed twice daily and also one more doctor has suggested one tablet. I am obese and have PCOD.i want to conceive.please advice.

Tan letrozole  once a day from day 2 to day 6 is the dose
