Less pressure and frequent urge urinate

I have noticed significant drop in urine pressure. Early morning sleep is getting disturbed as I need to urinate. From last 10 days, I am getting pain in both ankles specially at hindfoot. Also, my digestion is not good. Always have gastric issue and burps. Heaviness in right abdominal part often. Please suggest.
