My sister son decrease platelets and some fever and chhoti mata(chicken pox). So what does reason of decrease of platelets. Taken 6unit of platelets fill in the body some days and yesterday 6 unit of Platlates fill in the body . When dose the 6 unit platelets then his filling cool. Pl give me suggestion
