Less ejaculation

My ejaculation volume has reduced considerably. It's a mixture of delayed ejaculation and retrograde ejaculation. I have stopped taking devalproex(depacote) which was likely the reason but it still hasn't improved my semen volume and erection quality. Please help me get my volume and quality of ejaculation back to normal.
