My relative having low grade leiomyosarcoma located retroperitonealy operated on 19 july 2017. Now i want to know whether she reqires any radiotherapy or not. PET scan not done post op Surgeons excised 1 mm of fresh margin beyond tumor. Now they are saying that you have to do follow up What are our options i want to know. Chances of recurrence is high so thats is also our concern
