Minimal free fluid is seen in knee joint and supra patella r bridal spaces appearing hypotenuse on T1 images and hyperinflation tense on T2 images. ACL Ligament is bulky and shows altered signal changes at its femoral attachment appearing iOS to hypointensce on T2 and PDGS sequense. Partial thickness tear of ACL at its femoral attachment
