My dad is diabetic , about a month ago while getting down from a bus (he hit his leg badly in the ground) he developed leg pain and swelling too . We got it checked with an ortho after taking an x-ray. He said it's not fracture and it's a sprain . The problem is that it's not going and he still feels pain. The swelling goes while he takes rest and it comes back while he travels. Could someone suggest which specialist shall i take him too ? Thanks in advance.
