My leg pains badly in early morning everyday  for last 1year. I'm diabetic for 3years. Uric acid: 4.5mg/dL

Hello deep vein thrombosis Varicose veins or vascular and musculoskeletal problems should be ruled out consult surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
