Leg Pain and swelling

My mother is suffering leg pain and swelling since last 1 year. She undertook tests as asked by the doctor including Thyroid test, x-Ray, etc. but every test was negative. She even had massage and ayurvedic treatment for 2 months but the condition is the same. Too much swelling & pain makes walking difficult. Recommend
