Couple of years back I met with an miner accident on my back bone. But nothing was happend at that time. After 1 year post accident my left leg started paining continuously 24/7 like pulling pain. If I use to sit for 10 mins it makes more pain and there is a numbness too in the same leg. 6 months back I noticed there some thing which is going wrong on my testis. But I never felt any major pain r any thing else.I met sexologist and explained same.And I have been given some test and there output came as I have problem called vericocele. And she told it mild one starting stage. She told me to wear loose innerwear. And told some breathing exercises. I did with semen test also (92m) I have. Kindly please help me wat more precautions I can take to solve this issue.please find attachemts also.
