I have been facing chest pressure and and shortness of breath from quite a long time. Have gone through multiple tests but nothing significant has come out except diastolic relaxation abnormality and positive tmt, which was ruled out with normal CT angio. Yesterday again i had severe chest pain and went to ER which says LVH in ecg. I don't have high blood pressure, no diabetes, non smoker, underweight with no early family heart disease. I have two questions. 1. How accurate is ecg lvh with tachycardia, though I've read that ecg has higher sensitivity in diagnosis of lvh. 2. How can LVH be reversed?
