Age 60 female.. Taking daily thyroid tablet 25mg.. From yesterday night left side shoulder, neck, hand paining.. now shoulder blade also little pain.. had paracetamol. What is the reason? Is there any problem? Last week vomited and dysentry.. is it any problem? Kindly reply plz
