I undergone MRI BRAIN WITH MRA for headache, everything came out normal but this " left maxillary sinud polyps" is highlighted. Do i need treatment for this.?

If sinusitis is the cause of headache thn u need the treatment. Although CT scan of Nose and sinus is better investigation for sinusitis and polyps
